Puigpunyent.com is an independent guide to the Puigpunyent valley. It is not the official website of the Ajuntament de Puigpunyent, whose site is ajpuigpunyent.net.

Listings and links

Property details, prices, opening times and events are taken from public sources and from the businesses themselves. They can change without notice, so please confirm them with the agent or venue. Puigpunyent.com is not an estate agent and is not party to any sale. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Advertising

Paid placements are labelled as advertising or as partners. Editorial listings are shown in no paid order.

Your personal data

What we collect. Your email address if you join the newsletter, and the details you send in a property enquiry, a tradesperson request, or by email or WhatsApp.

Why. To send the monthly newsletter, to reply to your messages, and to put you in touch with the businesses relevant to your request. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Introductions. When you send a property enquiry, we pass your details only to the estate agents whose homes match your search. When you send a tradesperson request, we pass it only to the professional who will quote for the job. They become responsible for your data from then on.

How long. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

Who else sees it. The agents or professionals you asked to be introduced to, and the email service we use to send the newsletter, [newsletter provider], acting on our behalf.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by writing to puigpunyent@puigpunyent.com. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD, at aepd.es.

Cookies and outside services

This site does not set its own cookies, so it does not need a cookie banner. To display the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and the live weather from Open-Meteo, which means those services receive your IP address.

Videos. Videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Payments. Purchases are handled by Stripe on its own secure pages. We never see your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment.

[If you add analytics or advertising tags later, list them here and add a cookie banner before they load.]
